Our program is all about learning to communicate, connect with others, and tell stories that matter: not chasing medals or accolades. Don't feel pressured to take public speaking to a competitive level if you don't want to. 

Just learning the basic principles of public speaking and executing them in low-pressure environments is enough to enrich your capacity to communicate for the rest of your life. Your hard work is enough. You are enough. You don't need to compete to prove anything, or put yourself through un-necessary stress.
